Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any bet on the ney4d platform. By accessing ney4d you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on ney4d. All accounts are subject to age and identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed.
Each individual may hold only one ney4d account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of pending balances.
All transactions on ney4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000.
All bonuses and free-bet promotions carry wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
ney4d provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who believe gambling is causing harm are encouraged to activate these tools or contact support immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ney4d's licensed jurisdiction. Disputes not resolved through ney4d's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's arbitration procedure.
In these Terms, the following words and expressions have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

| "Bonus Funds" | Promotional credits awarded by ney4d that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds. |
| "Wager" / "Bet" | Any real-money stake placed on a game outcome, sporting event, or other event offered on the Platform. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform timestamps, draw schedules, and support hours unless stated otherwise. |
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the Platform. ney4d strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at ney4d's sole discretion.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online betting services does not constitute a violation of any applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and active mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. ney4d shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ney4d will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. You must notify ney4d immediately at support@ney4d.vip if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 KYC Verification. ney4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any time ney4d deems necessary, you will be required to submit documentary evidence including, but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM), proof of current residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the specified time frame may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ney4d does not offer multi-currency wallets. All game stakes, wins, bonuses, deposits, and withdrawals are expressed and settled in IDR.
4.1 Deposit Methods. ney4d accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfer to BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice. A current list of active payment methods is displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transfers and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Withdrawal minimums are Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your Account settings and may vary depending on your Account verification tier.
4.3 Processing Times. Deposits credited via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically reflected in your Account Balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–30 minutes during banking hours (WIB). Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
4.4 Funding Source. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited. ney4d reserves the right to reverse deposits and suspend Accounts where a third-party funding source is detected.
4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ney4d Account. ney4d will not process withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties. In the event that anti-money-laundering checks are triggered, ney4d may delay withdrawal processing pending the outcome of an internal review. Players will be notified of any such delay via their registered email address.
4.6 Fees. ney4d does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which ney4d accepts no responsibility.
5.1 General. ney4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free-bet credits, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. ney4d reserves the right to adjust wagering multipliers for individual promotions; the multiplier stated in the specific promotion terms takes precedence.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are detailed on the promotion page. As a general guide:
5.4 Bonus Expiry. All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 7 calendar days from the date of the bonus credit unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
5.5 Abuse Prevention. ney4d actively monitors Accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, exploitation of software errors or miscalculations, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Where abuse is detected, ney4d reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close the Account permanently.
5.6 One Bonus per Household. Promotions are limited to one claim per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Promotional accounts that share a household, IP, or payment instrument with another Account may be considered duplicate Accounts under clause 3.1.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or on the relevant game-rules page. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct and settlement of individual wagers.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by ney4d. ney4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started (where live betting is not the intended format), bets placed on markets that were opened in error, and bets that exceed applicable stake limits.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error resulting in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or incorrect payouts, ney4d reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes. The principle "pays to play" does not apply where a clear and obvious error has occurred.
6.4 Result Finality. Settled bet results are final once marked as such in your Account history, except in cases where a wager is subsequently voided following an error or investigation. ney4d's decisions regarding the settlement of wagers are final and binding.
6.5 Prohibited Practices. The following practices are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
7.1 Commitment. ney4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes active steps to minimise the risk of problem gambling among its player base. ney4d views gambling as a form of entertainment and encourages all players to approach it with that perspective.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ney4d brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ney4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Permitted Use. ney4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.
8.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use ney4d's name, logo, trademarks, or branding in any manner that suggests an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with ney4d without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.
9.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal data by ney4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data Processing. ney4d processes personal data for the purposes of Account administration, KYC and anti-money-laundering compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have given consent). ney4d does not sell your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
9.3 Cookies. The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to deliver a personalised experience, maintain session security, and analyse usage patterns. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.1 Platform Availability. ney4d makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, ney4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, network failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, and telecommunications failures.
10.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ney4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ney4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Maximum Liability. Where ney4d is found liable to you under any cause of action, ney4d's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
10.4 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ney4d and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ney4d support at support@ney4d.vip. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in clause 4. Real-money balances remaining after KYC verification will be refunded to your designated payment method.
11.2 ney4d-Initiated Suspension. ney4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Any Bonus Funds credited to your Account at the time of termination are forfeited. Real-money Balance remaining after satisfaction of any outstanding obligations will be returned to you following completion of any applicable investigations, subject to ney4d's anti-money-laundering obligations.
12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of ney4d's licensed jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ney4d's internal dispute resolution process.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you must first contact ney4d's customer support team at support@ney4d.vip with a detailed description of your complaint. ney4d undertakes to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days (WIB). If the dispute remains unresolved following ney4d's final response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's alternative dispute resolution service.
12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable product-specific rules and promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ney4d with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, and agreements.
13.1 Right to Amend. ney4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ney4d will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account as described in clause 11.1 before the changes take effect.
13.3 Version History. The version number and effective date at the top of this document identify the current revision. You are advised to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
